We Want The Real You
We’re all human, so we know that includes the best-day-you and the hard-day-you, too. And together, we’ll grow and learn and find new, creative ways to produce meaningful work while standing up for the causes and people we believe in. You’ll make us better. We’ll make you better. Win, win.

Pronoun Pins
Some of our awesome people lead our team members through an engaging pronoun discussion and training as part of our staff-initiated DEI work group.

Book Club
Ours is a “Banned Book” club; these books offer unique perspectives we need access to and provide relevant commentary for social justice issues that are still present today. For every book we read, we donate a new copy to our friends at Indy Reads to spread the word and stop the hate.

Walk and Talk
Sampson Levingston of Through2EyesIndiana educated us on the rich cultural history of our neighborhood and opened a discussion about the past and ongoing effects of racial discrimination within Fountain Square and Fletcher Place. Through2EyesIndiana offers multiple Walk & Talks every week throughout Indianapolis.

Indy Racial Equity Pledge
In the summer of 2021, we developed a website and—along with 20+ partners—made a pledge to become a truly antiracist and inclusive organization. It’s a commitment that not only drives meaningful action, but also holds us accountable. We take that pledge just as seriously today and plan to keep it for the long haul.

Honeywell Continuing Education Fund
Ken Honeywell is more than Well Done’s founder. He’s also a passionate supporter of Second Helpings—an organization dedicated to feeding our community. We created the Ken Honeywell Continuing Education Fund to support Second Helpings’ culinary training program, which helps underserved people learn the skills they need to thrive in the culinary industry.
